Cha-Kvaay ចាខ្វៃ is a 2 layers crusty fried snack that we can find on the street in Asian countries like Cambodia, Vietnam, Lao, Thailan, China… We can eat Cha-Kvaay ចាខ្វៃ with porridge or sweet milk or put in noodle soup so it make us full. It's some kind of snack like bread but bread can be baked and not fry. You can try it with noodle soup or with porridge at home or just eat with sweet milk. It's yummy and crusty. Try that by yourself. you will love it.
