Many big trucks driving on the roads in the Phnom Penh city when the government warned them not to drive at day time as it's size is big and too heavy which lead to road destruction, traffic jam, traffic accident….but they still can drive on the road at day time as they gave some pocket money to the local authorities and related partners. This is bad for the city people as those truck carry too heavy things like contraction tractors, bulldozer, second hand cars, soil… and the drivers drive so fast without caring about causing accident and kill the people. They all have insurance to solve their problems when causing any bad accidents.
